Getting Motivated to be fit..

I am starting this blog because I am hoping that blogging about my struggles with weight will help motivate me to work on it. My goal for the next month/30days is to lose 11lbs that will put be under 200lbs for the first time in about a year I think maybe 2? (But who keeps track of that sort of thing?) Over the weekend I will be researching what I need to do to put this plan into effect and achieve my goals. For example, meals that are healthy but still tasty. At some point in the year I want to do a fruit and vegetable detox. I tried doing it before but quit after a day for various reasons.

I will not be doing weekly weigh ins because I think I will only sabotage my progress so I will only weigh in at the end of my 30days... Wish my luck I am going to need it.
