I am kinda guess it may cause you to get hungry???? But either way I think it is good to detox. I agree that there are other methods of releasing toxins like taking a steam bath and sauna. I've known a lot that do the lemonade one, but typically they make it a day or two. Personally, I wouldn't do it since you're not supposed to workout. That seems odd to me. Isn't working out already a way to sweat and release toxins?<br /><br />I would go with the dry brushing. I've never heard of it, but I checked out the website and I think I might try it.
